If the Client is providing Notice to the Company, said Notice must be provided not less than ten (10) days prior to the next payment due date, OR 24 hours prior to renewal if done thru the member portal. Said notice is to be provided in writing to [email protected].

Cancellation of services or membership products does not terminate the Client’s obligations under the terms of service, particularly including the recognition of the intellectual property rights of My Bariatric Kitchen / Living Healthy Nutrition, LLC, in the material provided in the program.  In the event that a Client cancels their membership, and then proceeds to violate the terms of the Intellectual Property protection set forth in the terms and conditions, the Client may face legal action.
